Leadership Journey PDF Print E-mail

The Northern California Leadership Center (NCLC) was established in September 2002 to multiplying disciples through intentional leadership formation.  It takes a life-long approach to the identification and formation of leaders through various educational leadership resources.  The primary purpose is to raise-up and empower leaders for the work of the Church…leaders who will stay the course for a lifetime of service.

The Journey is the name for Quail’s participation in the NCLC.  We believe that every Christian is a leader in some way.  Our goal is to train everyone to follow Jesus in such a way that it will enable him or her to lead others.  Some may find this an initial call to or a confirmation to pursue vocational ministry through a seminary degree program.

Ephesians 2:10 tells us, “We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”   The Journey is a three-year course of study taking the participant through the Emerging, Equipping and Enriching phases of leadership development to better fulfill that biblical mandate.  Whether you elect to pursue all three years, the first year (Emerging Phase) explores and establishes the foundations for leadership and is applicable to all disciples.

Join us on The Journey.  The life change will be significant.  For more information, brochures are available in the foyer or you can contact John Edenfield in the church office (951-7380) or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
