The Equipping & Mobilizing (EM) Team asks these questions:

These questions do have answers!  The EM Team has assessments and tools to help you discover how God has designed you when you discover your:

• Desires and Passions
• Experiences-what has life brought your way?
• Spiritual Gifts-God given
• Individual social style-His design
• Growth Phase
• Natural Strengths

As God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus TO DO GOOD WORKS, each one of us can know how we are designed, paving the way for joyful and passionate service.

MOBILIZE 

All of the ministry opportunities provided at Quail Lakes are listed when you click here!  Isn't God good?  There is something for everybody.  Contact the ministry and inquire about taking part in a Taste & SEE opportunity that is established at Quail.  You can check out a ministry, "taste it" before you commit!
