Hello there! My name is Sarah Buhr and I am the Jr. High Director here at Quail Lakes Baptist Church. I have been working with Jr. High and all forms of youth since 2003 and I love it! I am a full time teacher (maestra de espanol) and I coach volleyball from 9 and 10 year olds all the way up to collegiate athletes. I have been involved in sports my whole life and I believe those experiences taught me many valuable lessons in teamwork, motivation, determination, and drive. I graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language and a Minor in Education. I have lived in Stockton since 1989 and I have a heart for this city and its youth. I love my job(s) and I cannot promise perfection, but I can promise hard work, passion, and perseverance. I believe God has gifted me with an ability to love youth and has called me to work with them. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with the youth at Quail, but more than that, I look forward to seeing them develop a lasting relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
