Trauma Reboot
The Trauma REBOOT course empowers everyday people to overcome trauma and embrace a brighter future. Through practical teaching and a supportive community, Trauma REBOOT can help you break free from the pain of your past and find renewed purpose and strength. Quail Lakes Baptist Church rejoices to offer this course on trauma to start your journey of healing.
January 19 - April 13, 2023. In this 12-week, faith-based, peer-led course, the topics include:

- Understanding the Spiritual Wounds of Trauma
- Finding Safety
- Managing Big Emotions
- Grieving Well
- Overcoming Guilt, Shame & Regret
- Restoring My Identity

- Finding Stability
- Moving Forward After REBOOT/Graduation
During the week you will have the opportunity to use your field guide and complete the questions and activities to assist in moving forward towards healing.
