Registration Process and Policies

  • Registration to go to Hume with Quail is through an online application process (via CampDoc).
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee you a camper spot.
  • Priority is given to those students who have been ACTIVE.
  • “Active” means the STUDENT has attended Quail’s Children’s or Youth Sunday and/or Wednesday programs AT LEAST three times a month since last summer. This excludes Sunday worship services, children’s/youth events, evening discipleship groups, and volunteering.
  • Please note that we must consider grade and gender ratios when placing students (including from a wait list).
  • Once campers have been placed, there will be additional forms to fill out through Hume's online system. We encourage you to do this as soon as you receive the link (via email).
  • Once campers are placed, there will be a deposit due by a specified deadline to secure the spot. If payment is not received by this date, you will forfeit the camper spot and it will be opened up to someone else. This deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to fill the camper spot with another camper.
  • There will be a deadline for full payment. If payment is not received in full by this date, you will forfeit the camper spot and it will be opened up to someone else. Refunds will be issued only if and when we fill the spot with another camper.
  • If your child is sent home ill or for disciplinary reasons, there will be no refunds.
  • Cancellation policy: A camper may drop at any time. You must notify - IN WRITING - Quail’s Hume Registrar immediately. Refunds will be issued only if and when we fill the spot with another camper.
