Tim Ankcorn joined the Quail staff as the Executive Director of Operations in January of 2018. Previously he served as a Retirement Services officer with the San Joaquin County Employees’ Retirement Association for 16 years. Tim, and his wife Tammy, met in the Singles group at Quail in 1993 and were married at QLBC in 1995. Together they have four children. In the twenty plus years he has been a member of QLBC, he has been involved in many activates including Elder Board, Discipleship Commission, singing in the Choir and short-term mission trips to Brazil and Iowa. Tim earned his degree in International Relations from UC Davis in 1990 and studied Sports Administration at the University of the Pacific from 1992 to 1994.

Pastor Marc Maffucci came to serve at Quail Lakes Baptist Church in August of 2001. Previously he served churches in Vancouver WA, Rochester N.Y., and Buffalo N.Y. Pastor Marc has a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Western Seminary in Portland OR, a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton MA, and he did his undergraduate work in Houghton College in Houghton N.Y. Pastor Marc is married and he and his wife have two daughters.
