In the September newsletter, we read that one way to stay resilient is by learning lessons in life through our walk with God.
Another way to learn resilience is to know how to Release Tension. Daily worries about family, work and finances can build up and fester inside. To alleviate tension, some people may take a walk or work out at the gym.
Take time to pray and talk to God about what’s bothering you. He is capable and His guidance will help you. Serenity is a gift from our heavenly Father. The Holy Spirit produces a sense of calmness in believers who seek the Lord’s protection against anxiety.
John 16:33“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart, I have overcome the world.”
Keep your focus on God and ask Him for His peace to surround you.
