The Outreach Ministry of Quail exists to fulfill the mission of embracing our community and reflecting the love Jesus has for Stockton, California. We do this by planning and executing events that are designed with the goal of winning new believers and witnessing a Christian lifestyle to those in our community of influence.
Quail’s Outreach Ministry also provides Sunday worship help and membership support by providing greeters and guest relations volunteers. The ministry also hosts two guest lunches per year and four new membership workshops per year.
Are you tired of the hot summer days? Are you about ready to beat the heat? Come on out and cool off with us at Quail’s annual Water Day! From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on a July Saturday each year, we fill the church campus with waterslides and water games for the young and the young at heart! The day includes free hot dogs, snow cones, and ice cream.
Snow is coming to Stockton in February and it’s stopping at Quail Lakes Baptist Church! This popular annual event brings people from throughout our community to enjoy the snow. We truck in 40 tons of snow for kids of all ages to play in, and there are always two hills, one for the bigger kids and one for the little kiddo’s. We supply the sleds, hot dogs, hot chocolate, s’mores, and much more. Wear your mittens and your boots and join us in this family-friendly event!
Join us on the Saturday before Father's Day from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Atherton Park next to the Quail Lakes Campus. We supply pre-shaped cars, paint, decals, and lunch—all you need to bring is your creativity, imagination, and your desire to have a good time.
Thanksgiving Blessing Boxes bless those in our community with a Thanksgiving Dinner. Every Thanksgiving, the Outreach ministry goes to several low income apartment complexes and passes out invitations to receive a free Thanksgiving meal.
The annual Harvest Carnival is our largest outreach event of the year. The evening features carnival rides, games, and plenty of candy! Parents, bring your kids in costume and enjoy the safe and family-friendly environment of Quail’s Harvest Carnival.
What better way to bless the mothers in our community than to give them flowers on Mother’s Day weekend, and that’s what we do. Each year the Outreach Ministry sponsors this event to show the mothers in our community that we love them and that God loves them.
Are you new to Quail? Have you been attending Quail for six months or less? Join us for our Guest Luncheon. Come meet the ministerial staff, find out about the ministries they oversee, ask questions, and have lunch on us. The entire ministerial staff are present in this “get to know you” event.
Do you have questions as to why we feel membership is important? Do you want to know more about the mission and vision of Quail Lakes Baptist Church and how you can be a part of it? Join us for the next New Member Workshop. New Member Workshops are held every year in January, April, July, and September.
We would love to have you as a Sunday morning greeter. Greeters are the first people visitors encounter when they enter our church, and if you enjoy meeting new people, this may be a fit for you.
There is a rotational schedule for this opportunity and we ask you to volunteer for one service for a month each quarter. If you’d like to serve as a greeter, let us know by filling out the form below.

Our information booth is a resource for Sunday morning visitors who have questions or want to learn more about Quail. If you are someone who is outgoing and enjoys meeting new people, this may be a fit for you.
